Depending on the location and time of year you can enjoy fishing for Northern Pike, various species of Salmon, Grayling, and trout. If you're an avid fisherman then this can big attraction. If you're not that big on fishing, this may change your mind, and you just may get fishing fever. Alaskan fishing is just as good as the hunting, especially if you get a 50 pound plus King Salmon on the line, then lookout. Fishing licenses are required.
Available Fishing Times
Generally, time is available to fish but it is based on the hunting downtimes.
Northern Pike fishing is available during Moose season.
Salmon fishing is available during Bear seasons.
